      Dr. Ibby Omole

      I am here to tell you that with the proper guidance and lifestyle choices, you can transform your life from the inside out. For over a decade I have been helping motivated women radically change their health and lives.
       
      For a vast majority of women, their health issues are a combination of lifestyle choices and genetic predispositions. However, while you cannot change your genetics, you can make informed lifestyle choices so that you can have more energy, clarity, calm and confidence in your life. Health is more than just the absence of disease, it is the ability to live one's life to the fullest without hesitancy, restrictions or limitations.

      I am a licensed naturopathic physician and registered acupuncturist. I am also a mother, wife, sister, daughter and entrepreneur. I chart my own course, living life on my own terms. I listen, read, observe, gather information and then tune in to my intuition and do what feels right and makes sense to me.
